At Education Through Music–LA, my foundational strength was graphic design, which I leveraged to create cohesive, emotionally resonant visual assets across all platforms, elevating event visibility and maximizing fundraising efforts. This creative role was seamlessly integrated with strong project management, as I served in a critical, multi-faceted capacity as Designer, Volunteer Coordinator, and Admin Assistant, overseeing vital operational areas including recruitment, volunteer tasks, event organization, and print production.

I collaborated closely with the Executive Director and Event Coordinator to design a cohesive visual identity for the Annual Benefit Gala. My role involved leading the creation of all event collateral, including invitations, programs, digital presentations, and signage, ensuring brand consistency and visual elegance to elevate the guest experience and reflect the mission of the nonprofit.

I designed key promotional pieces, such as the flyer for the 4th Annual Music & a Makeover Benefit. I incorporated custom artistic elements—like an illustration of a dress made of musical notes—to visually tie together themes of music and empowerment, thereby increasing event visibility and attracting attendees to raise support for the programs.

Digital Storytelling and Motion Graphics

I contributed visual elements and motion graphics to various videos, including annual Spotlight Videos and sponsor-focused Thank You Videos (such as the one for Pepsi). I created lower thirds, animated text, and professional transitions that enhanced the emotional tone and visual appeal of the storytelling, helping to inspire donors and showcase the transformative impact of music education.

This heartfelt thank-you video was created for ETM-LA’s Music Unites the World Festival, spotlighting the joy and talent of participating students while expressing gratitude to key sponsor Pepsi. The piece combines uplifting footage of children singing with on-screen messaging to create a celebratory and emotionally resonant tribute. Designed to both acknowledge support and showcase the impact of music education, the video captures the spirit of unity, creativity, and community that defines the festival.
